Chris is one of our favorite artists...and yes, we're on a first name basis since we met him at the ETCH benefit breakfast! lol!! He even sent Gus a autographed mini illustrated poster that we hung on the wall in the hospital. OK..ok, he probably has no idea who we are but we still think that he's great...and that God has given him a great talent!

Oh, by the way...I was so just kidding about skipping Menu Plan Monday! It's completely necessary that you plan because without plans then you will not have the max amount of time possible to listen to Chris! Menu planning is a good, good thing...now, go plan!
