I heard about this contest from Mommy of Three's post on contests around blogville.
This Mama Cooks! is giving away ten copies of The United States of Arugula: The Sun Dried, Cold Pressed, Dark Roasted, Extra Virgin Story of the American Food Revolution.
This book sounds really interesting...it's the history of gourmet food and celebrity chefs. I think the title is clever too....I always appreciate a great title!
