A few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to really work at losing weight. Well, I’ll be honest, I haven’t actually started eating better yet. In fact, this week at VBS, I have been eating a bunch of crap. I need to start calorie counting again and then I would see how much I’m really taking in…and I think I would be shocked!
My Fitness Pal has a free calorie counter that is online. I like this idea because it is easy to use and it’s a lot harder to lose my computer than it is to lose a paper list! I really do think that using a calorie counter will be a good accountability tool for me….now, I want someone to join me in this effort! Anybody???
