These are just a few of my current goals. I think my “Water Drinking Goal” is the one that is the hardest for me right now. I can never seem to remember to drink much of anything at all…and water doesn’t really entice me!
Recently, I have found a FREE downloadable motivation software that I think just may be the answer to keeping me on track to reach my “Water Drinking Goal”! This program was designed by several big names in the self-help industry. Basically, you program motivating messages that will pop up on your computer screen, much like the window that pops up if you have an IM. For example, I think my motivational message will be something like “Drink Water NOW!”…surely this will help reprogram my mind to drink more water!!
I’m eager to give this neat motivation software a try! I'd love to hear about some goals and the motivating messages you use!!
