Don't Stand So Close To Me...unless you're going to give me the new Police cd!!

Did you all hear that The Police are kicking off a new world tour this summer? I believe the last time they toured was in 1984 when they were promoting their “Synchronicity” album. After that tour, they went different ways and pursued solo careers. They did get together when they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003. Other than that one evening, they have not performed together at all. That’s why this new world tour is so exciting!! It’s been a long, long time!! I need to check and see if there is a concert date scheduled for my area. We usually get a lot of big-name artists and groups so I bet they will be near!

Along with the new world tour, they will be releasing a new double-disc set on June 5th! This police cd set commemorates the 30th anniversary of the group’s recoding debut.
and contains a lot of my favorites such as “Every Little Thing She Does is Magic, “Don’t Stand So Close To Me, and “Every Breath You Take”. Oh, and I almost forgot “Roxanne”! Oh, do these songs bring back a lot of memories!
