I'm going to repeat last week's plans...well, I guess it's not a repeat if I never made the meals! lol!! So...let's try it again, folks!!
- Monday: Jerk Chicken w/Mango Salsa, Grilled Veggies in Foil Packs, Salad and something cold for dessert...not sure about that yet!
- Tuesday: Cashew Beef & Broccoli Stirfry w/rice or noodles
- Wednesday: Crockpot Stroganoff w/Salad
- Thursday: Meatball Subs w/ Baked Fries
- Friday: Low-Fat Alfredo Spaghetti w/bread
- Saturday: Ham & Cheese Strata, Green Beans and some other undecided veggie!
- Sunday: Wraps using "whatevers" from the fridge, zucchini & apple cole slaw, baked fries.
