Jennifer over at Snapshot is hosting the "Read Together Challenge". You can read about all the details over at Jennifer's blog...and she is going to give away prizes too!! WoooHooo!! Isn't she a nice hostess!? I am really excited about this challenge....I have not been reading as much as I normally do and I miss it. I also love reading to my children but I find that I don't read to them much in the summer. I guess we all just caught up in other things....So, we're going to be reading Treasure Island together as a family...in fact we have already started! I have several fun projects planned for us and I am having the kids put together Power Point presentations about pirates. I'm also trying to think of a game we can play with vocabulary words from each chapter...something like a "Mother May I" type of game works well here but I'm ready for something new! lol!
