You know, I hate anything that deals with accounting! I am certainly not good at “crunching” numbers and if I were ever placed in charge of “keeping the books” it would not be pretty! I would try my best to do a great job but I’m afraid that I would botch things up so bad because I just can’t wrap my mind around all the calculations. If I were to be handed a stack of checks to be keyed into an Accounts Receivable file I would croak!
Fortunately there is a program that will take care of the accounts receivable conversion. Because the system is an automated system, it cuts down on the time and expense of manually adding checks to the Accounts Receivable. It also protects the company from accounting dummies like me! Lol!!
