Light A Candle For Jessie

I meant to post this last night. At that time, my prayers were that Jessie would be found alive and that her baby would be well too. Those of you who have been following this story know that her body was found and that her boyfriend has been arrested.

My prayers now will focus on her mother and the rest of her family. Dealing with the loss of someone is terribly hard...I can't even imagine how one copes with the fact that some other person has murdered your child. It's just terribly sad....

Oh you're so right, this family will be turned upside down forevermore. Bless you for thinking of them all. xo

Jessie, I love you, and Chloe. I know what such a loss this was, to you, to your mother, your family anyone who knew you!...I am crying, sobbing for your pain, and rejoicing that yours and Chloe's souls are together forever in heaven....Forever thinking of you and Chloe: Joanne Bowne

This story absolutely tears my heart apart. I feel so close to Jessie for a lot of reasons. I have a two year old biracial son and just gave birth to my second child with my wonderful husband. I feel like my son even favors little Blake. It brings tears to my eyes to even fathon my 2 year old saying something like "mommy's in the rug." I cannot imagine why such a tragedy would possible occur and pray that somehow, someway, something positve could result from this terrible tragedy. I just wish there was something I could do, something I could say, that would comfort this family.God please be with little Blake and his grandmother, aunts, and the entire family.

It's very sad, I saw this on the news this morning. The evil in the world is sickening to me. I am left wondering why and how someone could do something so pointless and so cruel and then I remember satan, and his craftiness.

I hadn't heard about this yet so thanks for alerting me. It's such a sad situation. It devastates me that baby Chloe is dead too. I cannot begin to imagine how this woman's family feels. Hopefully this will come to an end with a speed conviction of the murderer.

Oh how sad! This is my first time hearing about it. I cannot even imagine what the family is going through.
