OK...that's it! This is just the kind of news I needed to hear in order to break my fast-food addiction...a big ol' honkin' beef recall!
143 million pounds of frozen beef from a California slaughterhouse has been recalled. The meat was distributed through Westland/Hallmark Meat Co. which supplies several fast food restaurants and the federal school lunch program. Do I even need to say it?? Yet another reason to homeschool! lol!!
Seriously, this is not a laughing matter....but the "Holy Cow" headline at Fox News is! lol!!

the Meat recalls are scary. And really it would be such a simple thing to fix...stop feeding dead diseased animals to live animals...
NASTY! Hope I don't have any of the beef in my fridge! Love the picture of the cow you got though! LOL!
I absolutely love your blog header. WOW....as far as the beef recall, I hardly ever eat beef. Maybe once or twice a year I will have it in a hamburger but if they ever start recalling chicken, then I am sunk!
