Going to Orlando

This week we have been enjoying the company of our friends from Orlando. They reminded us that they have a home we could stay in if we were ever to come visit. In all honesty, I had forgotten all about the house and this would be great for us!

Of course, if you don’t have friends in the Orlando area, you’ll want to certainly check and see about an Orlando vacation home rental. If you have several families going, I would think that a home rental would be the way to go! We would have to have a swimming pool though or my kiddos would not be happy!!

Christmas in Orlando?

Ok...so you all know that Pete has been planning a Disney trip for a long time. I have no idea when we’ll even be able to go since he is working and going to school full-time. He’s convinced that somehow we’ll make it there!

I wonder if he would consider going over Fall break or Christmas? I’m sure there are plenty of Orlando Florida Vacation Rentals and what neat holiday memories we would have! But wait….what about the beach? I know it’s under an hour away but will it be warm enough to visit in November or December? I guess we can always throw on some jackets. I’m not going to be that close to the beach and not even go!

I think it would be fun if the rest of our family could come along too. Maybe we can start a new tradition!

Disney Trip

As the first session of summer school is almost over, Pete has again started talking about going to Disney World in Orlando. If we don’t get this man to Disney soon, I’m not sure what is going to happen! First he was denied the iPhone and if he is denied Disney it just may break his heart…doesn’t that kind of sound like Achy, Breaky Heart? Remember that song! Lol!!
