The Tuna Has Motivated Me!

Since my dear ol' grandmother, Mama Jo, has breast cancer, I've decided to participate in Bumble Bee food's "Bee Well Miles". I found this last night when I was looking for coupons for tuna...which they didn't have. Bleh!

Anyway, each day you log your miles, you have a chance of winning prizes such as shoes, pedometers, music downloads, etc! You can read more about this challenge over here.

So everyone knows that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, but did you know that you can help women who can't afford mammograms by heading over to the official Breast Cancer Site and click on the "Click Here It's Free!" button?? When you click on the button, sponsors donate money to pay for these mammograms! Of course, you can also shop in the store and purchase items or you can just donate. Easy Peasy..right? You can click once a day...I don't think that's too hard, do you?
