Trendy and Affordable Maternity Clothing

I have been getting some pretty neat things in the mail lately! Yesterday I received a cute little black maternity top from Kiki’s Fashions. Like most maternity tops, this one has an empire waistline but the best part is the sassy polka dot ribbon that accents that waistline. I also noticed that this maternity top’s hem is longer in the front than in the back….perfect!! I can’t stand to see maternity tops that have an even hem. It’s nuts!! A good maternity top is one that accommodates a growing belly!!

I like that this maternity top has some style! I think that there are some designers that think that pregnant women don’t really care about what they are wearing. Well, that is somewhat true…but that usually comes at the very end when you’re just about to croak! Lol! So, yes, the sweat suits are good but these sassy tops and dresses that you will find at Kiki’s are just wonderful!

Have I mentioned that Kiki’s has great prices? I mean really, I was amazed at the prices! Last time I was pregnant, I had a hard time buying clothes because they were so expensive. I hate to spend a ton of money on something I’m only going to wear for a little while…that slays me! Lol!

Overall, I am really impressed with the maternity clothes from Kiki’s Fashions…hopefully, in the near future, I’ll have a need to order a few pieces!

Please know that the arms on this shirt are actually not wonky like it appears in the photo! I wanted to model the shirt but the bust was too tight and I looked like Dog the Bounty Hunter's wife, Beth! So, I spared you all! lol!! (Those of you who watch Dog know exactly what I'm talking about!!) I was glad to see that on the website they let you know which tops may be less full in the bust area. I was also glad to see that they had a very fair return policy. I'm NOT going to return mine...I'm going to donate it to the local Pregnancy Crisis Center that helps pregnant women who do not have a lot of money. In fact, the prices are so good at Kiki's that I may just purchase some tops later on to take down there. These gals get a lot of hand-me-downs which is good but I think it's nice to give them new clothes...but that's another post all together! lol!

My favorite part of the shirt is this cute and sassy polka dotted trim! Love it!
